Course Aims:
To understand meaning and purpose of the safety and accident prevention issues.
To enhance capability of maintaining a safe and healthy environments for related personnel.
To improve understanding of establishing framework for identifying and correcting workplace hazards in order to prevent the occurrences of illness and injury.
To enhance planning, implementation and analyzing procedures for hazard identification and correction including inspection of workplace and prompt reporting.
Course Objectives:
The course participants will:
Learn and understand the meaning and purpose of the safety and accident prevention, and occupational health and safety services.
Have knowledge about safety measures to be taken in workplace and safety risk assessment.
Have knowledge about types of hazardous effects exposure and preventing and reporting procedures.
Have knowledge about health and safety conditions, regulation duties, authorities and responsibilities.
Have knowledge about procedures and principles of safety and accident prevention.
Have knowledge about the mandatory and optional personal protective equipments.
Have knowledge about required regulation regarding safety and accident prevention.
