Number Of Participants

6 Trainees for each class. (Minimum of 6 trainees required for opening of course)

To improve understanding of the aim and purpose of CIMIC.
To prepare and improve trainees for CIMIC planning, organizing and conducting issues.
To improve of participants coordination and behavior capability regarding relationships with civil actors regarding CIMIC.
To train trainees with practical case study that is composed generic scenario and CIMIC application.

The Course Participants Will:

Learn and understand the planning and applying of CIMIC procedures and principles at the operation areas.
Learn and understand the aims and objectives of the military and civil actors within CIMIC.
Have knowledge of components of CIMIC
Have knowledge of principles of CIMIC.
Have knowledge of the importance of effective Communication between military and civilian personnel.
Improve capability of displaying a diplomatic, transparent and open minded attitude.
Enhance the practice of showing flexibility and logical thought under pressure.
Understand that especially in which kind of operations it is necessary to use CIMIC.
Have knowledge about intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination and sharing regarding CIMIC.
Enhance essential negotiation skills and ability to prepare and conduct meetings.
Improve ability to operate in an austere environment and understanding civil implications of military actions.
